It was a very big decision to change Vets for my two dogs, Polly and Sophie but I knew it was the right
thing to... do. Well, I could not be happier. Haven’t met anyone face to face yet, due yo the virus, but I
am so very pleased about my decision. Each month my little friends are groomed and they come
back looking and smelling great!

I just wanted to give this place a special shout out. Due to family issues, I’ve taken over care of my childhood dog,... Uriah who is almost 13. (He can barely see and doesn’t get out of the house much, he’s just an older grouchy dog!) During these unsure times, Cardinal Vet was so easy co communicate with and they took SUCH amazing care for such an old dude. I haven’t seen him so happy in years, since his visit with his bath ect. Thank you all for your kindness towards animals and being good humans in general- it’s hard to find these days. Keep up the awesome work.read more

My family is so thankful for the entire staff. We had to put our dog to rest last week and it was very hard on us. We... had her for 13 years. A week later we got a package in the mail. The staff all signed a lovely card and gave us a nice photo book of our dogs foot print. We had no idea they were going to do that. Thank you so much and we will cherish this special gift forever!! My daughter Jennifer called the office early Monday am wanting to bring her sick little chi Frannie who had been... vomiting over the weekend and was getting dehydrated. They told her to bring her on in and were waiting on Frannie at the door. They went to work on her immediately and although I know Jennifer was worried and scared for Frannie when she called to update me she knew Frannie was in excellent hands. They called Jennifer throughout the day with updates on Frannie and went above and beyond! Great staff! Dr. Denis and the rest of the staff are the best!!! I can't express how pleased I have been with their care of my three... Miniature Dachshunds (Kasey, Lasey, & Kallie) for the past 13 years. They are always so polite and professional and truly care for your pet and you. They have saved Lasey's life several times and we are so grateful!!!! They are not over priced they way a lot of other practices are. I have recently moved out of state but refuse to change vets. I will make the drive once or twice a year for their routine care and only go somewhere else locally if an emergency arrives. That is how much I appreciate them and the great care and service I receive from Cardinal Animal Hospital. My only suggestion to make them better is move to the beach so I don't have to drive. LOL Other than that they are a great and outstanding facility that is caring and I would not go anywhere else.

Everyone was so warm, friendly and understanding when I brought Skip in panicked since he had seizures for the first... time. I was emotional and felt very supported! I have had dogs all of my life and been through many veterinary offices and boarding facilities over the years and NONE compare to Cardinal Animal Hospital for cleanliness, care and customer service. So happy to have found Skip's new support team in our new hometown. Thank you!read more

I was pleasantly surprised that everyone at this establishment was super friendly and attentive to my needs. Dr. Jones was thorough and explained everything in great detail. Their pricing is also affordable. Would highly recommend if you want a great experience.

Dr. Jones is awesome! She takes her time to explain everything and takes wonderful care of my cat and dog. Glad to have finally found a vet in the area that we love.

They would not sell me the diet food my cat needed because he is not a patient there even when I had a prescription ( my vet was out of it ) other vets in Greensboro would have sold it to me if they had it in stock. I would never set foot in a place that has no empathy.

I HIGHLY recommend this practice! All the staff is absolutely wonderful! They are responsive, polite and it's obvious they really care about animals! The doctors are very knowledgeable and compassionate, most important they listened to what I was saying and they helped me resolve several ongoing medical issues with my dogs. Both of my dogs are excited to get out of my car and go inside! I'm really grateful that I found this practice...I love them❤️

We've used several other vets in the area over the past few years but Dr Jones has been the best by far. She is knowledgeable and practical in her recommendations for our dog. She makes us at ease as pet owners. We've been taking our pet to Cardinal Animal Hospital since 2015.

The Staff was so gracious, it was a tough day to say goodbye to a great friend. If you need help you should call CAH. I will continue to use them. So glad to have this good of a Vet.

We recently took our Manx kitten, Louie, to Cardinal. We had disappointing care elsewhere. All of the folks were wonderful, and we feel confident that Louie is getting outstanding care. We wouldn’t take our loved cat anywhere else in the future. We heartily encourage you to take your pet(s) to Cardinal if you want the best care in the Triad!
