Our kennel team will be working hard through the holiday to ensure your pets who are boarding with us will have a safe and comfortable stay.
Please be patient with our front desk team at check-in and check-out. We have lots of boarders coming in between Friday and Wednesday and you will need to sign all the necessary paperwork before you leave your pets in our care. Sometimes emergency situations arise during boarding stays, and we need to be sure that we have accurate contact information, feeding and medication instructions, and carefully go over any services your pets will need while they are here. Check-in will take between 10-15 minutes so please plan accordingly.
Lastly, if you need any medication or pet food refills, please let us know before 5pm on Tuesday to ensure we have adequate time to prepare those for you. If your pet needs anxiety medication to cope with fireworks or holiday excitement, please let us know as soon as possible.
