Temporary Office Hours and More

Here is a breakdown of our aggressive COVID-19 protocol as of 4/7/2020. We have temporarily discontinued our grooming services as instructed by the North Carolina Veterinary Medical Board. We have also gone completely curbside with our appointments which means that our lobby is closed, but we are open; just give us a call when you are in the parking lot and remain in your vehicle.

We ask that you do not bring your pet in for an appointment if you are ill, or if someone in your household is ill with a fever or respiratory symptoms. Please understand that we are trying our best to stay open and be here for our patients. We are a one-doctor practice, and if our doctor gets sick we will not be able to help any pets.

We are also under strict guidelines from the state to only see sick or injured patients, or a patient that may need several vaccinations such as Rabies, Distemper, or Leptospirosis. This means that we are temporarily unable to accommodate bath/nail trim appointments. If you are unsure that your pet should come in for an appointment, just call us and we will be happy to help.

Unfortunately, we have had to alter our office hours. Please see the photo below. As always, please check out of Facebook page for the most current information in this ever changing situation. Thank you and we appreciate your business!
